As the Chief Factory Engineer for Zhenghan with 15 years of manufacturing expertise, I am presenting the engineering report for the Wander of wonders project. Located across the 1st and 2nd floors on Ring Rd in Model Town, Panipat, Haryana, this 300sqm commercial facility represents our highest structural and mechanical standards. Operating as a leading indoor playground equipment supplier, we manufactured a highly robust, multi-level structural system. Featured Play Zones
Role-Play Area
Engineered with heavy-duty structural frames, this module creates a safe, immersive simulation environment for interactive group play. It is built to withstand high-traffic commercial use while supporting cognitive development.
Trampoline Zone
Designed to handle continuous kinetic impact, this module ensures safe energy dispersion. It features a US-imported PP jumping mat that guarantees high-rebound elasticity and maximum durability under heavy loads.
Sand Pit
A highly contained, tactile sensory play module. The structural perimeter is strictly padded to secure the contained materials and protect users against accidental impact during entry and exit.
Interactive Ball-Throwing Projection
An active digital feedback zone enclosed in a secure perimeter. It is designed for high-energy gameplay and is heavily filled with 8cm weighted ocean balls, allowing for accurate screen targeting without the balls easily deforming under pressure.
Motorized Carousel
Driven by a highly durable industrial motor, this dynamic ride guarantees stable, continuous rotation. The drive system is specifically engineered to prevent thermal fatigue during peak operational hours.
Obstacle Course
A multi-level physical challenge area engineered to test balance and agility. Every structural post is heavily padded to absorb repeated dynamic collisions safely.
Birthday Party Area
An independent structural gathering space built for social events. It utilizes aesthetic yet highly wear-resistant materials to ensure easy maintenance and long-term visual appeal.
Core Material Specs Analysis
To guarantee maximum load-bearing capacity, the primary structural framework of this indoor playground equipment is manufactured from 2.0mm thick galvanized pipes. The elevated platform structures consist of 1.5cm moisture-proof wood boards layered with 3cm high-density EPE (pearl cotton). For optimal kinetic shock absorption, we utilize specialized high-density sponge alongside the EPE padding. Direct-contact surfaces are tightly wrapped in 0.5mm fireproof PVC, which is highly wear-resistant and incredibly easy to clean. Non-contact decorative sections feature premium 0.9mm PU leather, and the entire subfloor is secured with 2cm EVA floor mats.
Safety Compliance and Installation
Safety dictates our entire manufacturing and assembly process. We utilize thickened, heavy-duty safety netting to eliminate fall hazards completely across all elevated challenge zones. All raw materials deployed in this project are certified as completely safe and non-toxic, and our wood panels are strictly moisture-proofed, ensuring long-term structural integrity and strict compliance with international commercial safety standards.
