Zhenghan provides warranty support for installed playground equipment according to product category, material type, installation conditions, and published specifications.

Warranty support focuses on defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper installation. Freight, labor, misuse, normal wear, and unauthorized modification are usually handled separately.
