Edgar Neville, 2, in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain, this massive 1800sqm facility is engineered as a premium hybrid complex, seamlessly integrating a comprehensive indoor soft play area with a high-energy trampoline park. Operating as a leading indoor playground equipment supplier, our factory produced a highly robust layout of attractions focused on physical challenges, interactive gameplay, and skill development.

To safely support this diverse range of gameplay across the hybrid soft play and trampoline park zones, the structural integrity of this indoor playground equipment relies on strict factory material specifications. The primary load-bearing framework is constructed from 2.5mm thick galvanized steel pipes for maximum tensile strength. The elevated structures utilize high-strength, moisture-proof wood boards layered with high-density EPE (pearl cotton) and specialized high-density sponge for optimal kinetic shock absorption.
For the dynamic trampoline zones, including the wipeout ride, we utilize US-imported jumping mats that provide exceptional high elasticity and extreme durability, paired with a continuous-duty industrial motor for lasting mechanical reliability. The interactive pit is filled with heavy-duty 8cm weighted ocean balls designed to resist compression. All direct-contact surfaces are tightly wrapped in 0.55mm PVC leather, which is strictly fireproof, highly wear-resistant, and easy to clean, while non-contact decorative sections feature premium 0.9mm PU leather. Safety is paramount; therefore, all utilized materials carry official TUV certification, guaranteeing they are completely safe and non-toxic. Finally, to eliminate fall hazards, we installed thickened, heavy-duty nylon safety netting across all elevated perimeters, and secured the entire facility subfloor with 2cm EVA anti-slip floor mats.
