Located on Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Road in Al Qusur, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, this 400sqm commercial space is engineered to deliver a perfect balance of high-energy action and immersive role-play.
When designing for a compact but premium commercial venue, every square meter counts. As your trusted indoor playground equipment supplier, we didn’t just fill a room with standard parts; we engineered a seamlessly integrated ecosystem. Let’s dive into how we built the specific play zones:
Engineering Scope & Featured Play Zones
1. Climbing Wall
This vertical load-bearing structure introduces an active physical challenge. To guarantee a safe descent, we secured the entire subfloor beneath this critical climbing zone with 2cm EVA anti-slip mats for maximum impact attenuation.
2. Princess Room
Designed to spark creative storytelling, this thematic space utilizes premium 0.9mm PU leather for all non-contact decorative elements. The PU leather maintains a vibrant, luxurious look while being incredibly durable against daily commercial wear and tear.
3. Soft-Play Car
This tactile, interactive police car module is fabricated to handle continuous kinetic impact. We built the internal core using high-density sponge to attenuate shock, and wrapped it tightly in industrial-grade PVC so toddlers can safely climb and simulate driving.
4. Spiral Slide & Ball Pit
This high-speed spiral slide is supported by a rock-solid structural frame and safely channels kids into a massive ball pit. We deliberately filled the landing zone with 8cm weighted ocean balls, which are specifically selected to prevent compression damage and deformation under heavy loads.
5. Interactive Ball-Throwing Game
This high-energy digital projection zone challenges hand-eye coordination. Because balls are constantly being thrown, we enclosed the entire perimeter with thickened, heavy-duty safety netting to ensure dynamic impacts are safely contained.
6. Motorized Carousel
For dynamic mechanical rides like our carousel, we never cut corners on the drive system. This ride utilizes a highly durable industrial motor engineered to handle constant load-bearing demands without thermal overload during your peak operational hours.
Core Material Specs & Safety Standards
Behind the beautiful pastel colors is some serious engineering. The primary framework for this indoor playground equipment relies on 48mm diameter, 2.0mm thick galvanized steel pipes. This heavy-duty skeleton effortlessly handles constant dynamic loads and completely resists rust.
For the elevated platforms, we utilize 1.5cm moisture-proof wood boards layered with 3cm of high-density EPE (pearl cotton) and sponge. Every direct user-contact area is seamlessly wrapped in 0.55mm Plato PVC leather. It is TUV-certified, entirely non-toxic, highly wear-resistant, and strictly fireproof. This allows your venue staff to easily wipe everything down while ensuring maximum health and safety compliance for the kids.
