The structural framework was manufactured using 2.5mm thick galvanized steel pipes, providing excellent load-bearing performance and corrosion resistance suitable for commercial applications. The trampoline beds utilize black imported PP material from the United States with TUV certification, ensuring durability and consistent rebound performance. Trampoline surfaces are protected by 0.55mm PVC material, which offers superior wear resistance and easy maintenance.
Impact protection systems include 7cm pearl cotton trampoline pads and high-density foam blocks designed to absorb landing forces effectively. Platforms are constructed using 1.5cm boards combined with 3cm high-density pearl cotton (35kg/m³) to enhance structural stability and user safety. Decorative areas use 0.9mm PU material, while the protective netting system incorporates reinforced heavy-duty mesh for additional security.
All materials used in this indoor playground equipment project are non-toxic and child-safe. The wooden components are moisture-resistant, the PVC coverings are fire-retardant, and 2cm EVA flooring is installed in designated areas to reduce impact risks.
