We handle export packing, container loading, and provide full shipping documents for customs clearance. Just tell us your destination port or city, and we’ll include the shipping cost in your quote.

Absolutely. Our factory is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, with a production area of over 5,000 sqm. You are welcome to visit and inspect our facility, materials, and production process in person. We can also arrange a live video tour if you are unable to travel. Our standard payment process for custom indoor playground projects:

1. Design phase: Free — no payment required for 2D layout and 3D design
2. Production start: 40% deposit after design approval
3. Before shipping: 60% balance after production is completed and you confirm the inspection photos/videos

We accept payment via T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, and other methods. Payment terms can be discussed based on project size.

Yes. We provide a 1-year warranty on structural steel frames and a 6-month warranty on soft covers, foam padding, and accessories under normal commercial use. During the warranty period, we supply free replacement parts — you only pay for shipping. After the warranty period, spare parts and technical support are still available at cost. We also provide maintenance guides to help you extend the lifespan of your playground.
